Consistent Quality from Mine to Port

At Luoyang Aurora Minechem Co., Ltd., quality assurance begins long before the product reaches the port. Our procurement team is permanently based in Erlianhot, frequently traveling between partner mines in Mongolia and our processing facilities in Erlianhot. All our fluorspar is sourced from long-term partner mines with their own processing plants, ensuring consistent specifications without relying on mixed sources.

Before raw fluorspar ore even enters the plant, our team conducts multiple on-site sampling and laboratory analyses to verify CaF₂ content and control impurities. Once the processed material—whether metallurgical-grade lumps, gravel, or acid-grade powder—arrives at the local railway station, additional sampling and testing are carried out jointly with the factory. Upon arrival at Chinese rail stations, further inspections are arranged. Finally, when the goods reach the Tianjin bonded area, our sales team coordinates with agents to conduct third-party sampling and testing.

This multi-stage verification process ensures that every batch meets or exceeds customer specifications. Every shipment is also accompanied by independent third-party inspection reports, eliminating any concerns about product quality. From mine to port, we deliver not just fluorspar, but peace of mind.
