Aurora Minechem: From Rich Resources to Reliable Supply
Luoyang Aurora Minechem Co., Ltd., through its subsidiary Erlianhot Anrui Mining Co., Ltd., operates strategically along the China-Mongolia border, leveraging the abundant fluorspar resources of both countries. The company currently manages a lump and gravel processing plant alongside a fluorspar powder flotation facility.
Our fluorspar lump and gravel products are tailored to meet specific customer requirements, with monthly production averaging around 2,000 MT, depending on grade variations. These products are supplied not only for export but also to nearby stainless steel plants, flux manufacturers, and foundries. The flotation plant processes raw ore sourced from Mongolian mines as well as local mines near Erlianhot, achieving a monthly output of approximately 3,000 MT.
Committed to strict environmental and safety standards, our operations include dry tailings disposal and compliant landfill practices. Finished acid-grade fluorspar is primarily delivered to major hydrofluoric acid and aluminum fluoride manufacturers north of the Yangtze River, where our high-quality products have earned enduring trust and partnership.
Consistent Quality Assurance from Mine to Port
Quality assurance at Aurora Minechem is comprehensive and meticulous. Our procurement team, permanently based in Erlianhot, frequently visits partner mines across Mongolia and our local processing plants. Sourcing exclusively from long-term partners with proprietary mines and processing facilities allows us to maintain consistent product specifications without relying on mixed sources.
Before raw ore enters our plants, multiple rounds of sampling and laboratory testing are conducted to verify CaF₂ content and control impurities such as SiO₂, sulfur, phosphorus, and arsenic. After processing, further sampling and testing are performed at railway stations prior to shipment. Upon arrival in China, additional inspections are coordinated at rail transit points. Finally, when products reach the Tianjin bonded area, our sales team works with authorized agents to carry out third-party sampling and testing.
This multi-layered verification process, coupled with independent inspection reports accompanying each shipment, ensures that every batch meets or exceeds our customers’ quality requirements. From extraction to delivery, we prioritize product consistency and customer confidence.
