China’s daily crude steel output rises in early December

Member mills of the China Iron & Steel Association (Cisa) raised their crude steel production in early December compared with the preceding 10 days, according to data published by the association on Tuesday December 15.

China December 1-10 steel output 

Crude steel: 2.20 million tonnes per day, up 4.6% 

Finished steel: 2.09 million tpd, down 1.93% 

Hot metal: 1.95 million tpd, up 5.77%

Mill finished steel inventories
